Reservation Policies


Reservations: Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club.

Early Departure Notifications: Our cancellation terms also apply to early departure notifications. If you cancel any part of your reservation after full payment is received, we will refund 25 percent of your remaining stay charges.

Check-In: Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Monday – Friday, between 3 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Saturday and between 3 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Late Check-In: If you anticipate a later check-in, please contact us so we can make the proper arrangements.

Early Check-In: You are welcome to check-in earlier if your room is ready — please contact the office on your arrival date to confirm. If your room is not ready, we have a luggage storage area you may use at your own discretion.

Check-out: Check out is at 12:00 noon daily. This applies to our guest rooms and our garages. If you are catching a late afternoon or evening flight, we can store your luggage until the front office closes. Please verify the office hours before you leave.

Groups: We welcome groups of all sizes and purposes. Special group rates may be arranged for reservations of 5 or more rooms. A refundable 25% damage deposit is required upon booking, and a 50% deposit on the full balance is due 50 days prior to arrival. The remaining balance is due 15 days before arrival. Restrictions: No smoking

Breakfast: All rates include a Continental breakfast served daily in our sunny breakfast room. Current hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 9:30am; Saturday – Sunday: 8am – 10am. Hours are subject to change.

Children: Children of all ages are welcomed.

Age Requirement: In order to confirm a reservation, the person booking must be at least 18 years old.

Occupancy: Occupancy of our guest rooms is limited to registered guests only.

Large Groups/Extended Stays: (7+ rooms or 30+ days) Please contact the manager for a quote.

Adam’s Inn Bed and Breakfast is not responsible for any guest’s personal belongings during the guest’s stay.

We are located in a very popular and vibrant neighborhood. Parking is premium and costly. If you must bring a car, Adam’s Inn has limited availability (four spaces) for an additional cost. Please ask about clearance if you plan to bring a large vehicle. In addition, two-hour street parking is available during the week (exempt on weekends), as are a couple of garages within walking distance. As an alternative, public transportation is very accessible and easy to use.
