When does my voucher expire?
The promotional value expires on February 28, 2015. After that, you can use the paid value towards a regularly priced room (like a coupon).

Are there blackout periods?
Yes. You may NOT use your LivingSocial vouchers during the following periods:
April 1 – June 30, 2014
September 16 – October 31, 2014

How do I find out about room availability?
Visit our “Check Availability” page, or call (240) 745-5315.

Can I book rooms online?
No. Please call us directly at (240) 745-5315 to book a room using your LivingSocial voucher. You will not be able to get the deal rates through our website.

How many vouchers can I use at a time?
You may only use two (2) vouchers at a time.

What if there are more than two people in my party?
Your voucher is good for two people. You will be charged $10+tax per night for each additional person in the room.

Are there any other fees?
Yes. You will be charged a 14.5% tax for each voucher.

What if I have to cancel my reservation?
Cancellations more than 72 hours prior to arrival: No forfeiture of your voucher (you can reuse at a later date); no refunds of taxes and extra person fees.
Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival: No refunds issued; one voucher forfeited.
Rescheduling of dates is permitted without penalty.

I’ve changed my mind. How do I get a refund for my voucher?
Please contact LivingSocial directly if you want a refund on your voucher purchase.

What about parking?
Your voucher does not cover parking costs. We have a limited number of spaces available for $29.50 per night. These must be reserved separately.
