Deposit & Cancellation Policies
Reservations: Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club.
Payment: For a single night stay, full payment is due at the time of reservation. For multiple night stays, a 50 percent deposit is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. For reservations of 20+ nights or 7+ rooms, full payment is required 15 days prior to check-in. In addition to a major credit card, cash and travelers checks are also accepted.
Cancellations: Notice of cancellation is required a minimum of 72 hours prior to 9 p.m. of your scheduled day of arrival. You will then be assessed a $25 cancellation fee per room. Cancellation of any part of your reservation less than 72 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Guests reserving 4+ rooms or making a reservation for 4+ nights are required to provide 15 days cancellation notice. Groups reserving 20+ nights or 7+ rooms are required to provide notice of cancellation 45 days prior to their scheduled day of arrival. Any guest that fails to provide notice of cancellation will be considered a no show and will automatically forfeit their deposit. If reserved parking is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival, guests are responsible for payment of the first night of parking on each garage reserved.
Early Departure Notifications: Our cancellation terms also apply to early departure notifications. If you cancel any part of your reservation after full payment is received, we will refund 25 percent of your remaining stay charges.
