Reservations: Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club.

 Payment: 50 percent of full payment is due at the time of the reservation. The balance of the payment is due upon arrival. In addition to a major credit card, cash and travelers checks are also accepted forms of payment.

 Cancellations: Notice of cancellation is required 72 hours prior to 9 p.m. of your scheduled day of arrival. Cancellation of your entire reservation after that date will result in forfeiting your 50 percent deposit. Guests reserving 4+ rooms or making a reservation for 4+ nights are required to provide 15 days cancellation notice. Groups reserving 20+ nights or 7+ rooms are required to provide notice of cancellation 30 days prior to their scheduled day of arrival. Any guest that fails to provide notice of cancellation will be considered a no show and will automatically forfeit their deposit. If reserved parking is canceled less than 72 hours prior to arrival, guests are responsible for payment of the first night of parking on each garage reserved.

 Early Departure Notifications: Our cancellation terms also apply to early departure notifications. If you cancel any part of your reservation after full payment is collected, we will refund 50 percent of your remaining stay charges, excluding the 50 percent deposit.

 Check-In: Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m., Monday - Saturday and between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Sunday. If you anticipate a later check-in (after 9 p.m., Monday-Saturday or after 7 p.m. on Sunday), please contact us so we can make the proper arrangements. You are welcome to check in earlier if your room is ready, please contact the office on your check-in date to confirm whether early check-in will be possible. If you arrive prior to 3 p.m. and your room is not ready, we have a luggage storage area you are welcome to use at your own discretion.

 Check-Out: Check out is at 12:00 Noon daily. This applies to our guest rooms and our garages. If you are catching a late afternoon or evening flight, we will store your luggage until 9 p.m. (7 p.m. on Sundays).

 Restrictions: No smoking.

 Breakfast: All rates include a Continental breakfast served daily in our sunny breakfast room, Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

 Children: Children of all ages are welcome.

 Age Requirement: In order to confirm a reservation, the person booking must be at least 18-years-old.

 Occupancy: Occupancy of our guest rooms is limited to registered guests only.

 

 Large Groups/Extended Stays: (7+ rooms or 30+ days): Please contact the manager for a quote.

 

 Pet Policy: Adam's Inn is pet-friendly and allows dogs in 3 rooms with exterior entrances (100A, 100B, 15). All pets must be pre-approved. We charge a fee of $25.00 per night for the first dog and $10 per night for an additional dog. We also require a fully refundable $100 damage deposit. Dogs must be trained and well behaved. Dogs may not be left alone in the room unless in a cage. We may consider other pets on a case-by-case basis. Adam’s Inn is not liable for the health or safety of any pets.
